How long do you take to dispatch an order?
Normally we dispatch order in 24-48 hours from the date of receiving the order. During holidays, it might take 48-72 hours.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to create an account to place an order. You can place an order through guest checkout.
Do you take bulk orders?
Yes we do. Please drop us a WhatsApp at +91 99588 97420 and we will get in touch with you regarding your requirements.
It’s been over a week and I have not received my order. What should I do?
Please write to us at orders@gogrub.in or get in touch at +91 99588 97420. We will deliver your order as soon as possible.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
Yes we do. We are currently charging Rs 50 for CoD orders.
What is your return policy?
We offer replacement of products only if they are damaged in transit. Replacement orders are processed immediately once the damaged items are verified through email or phone. However, we do not offer refunds for damaged goods.
Do you ship outside India?
No, we currently ship only in India.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Will I get a refund of the cancellation?
Yes, if you have cancelled your order within the first 24 hours of placing your order, we will process a 100% refund for you.
